There are two tastefully decorated, cosy bedrooms, one double and one twin, each with en-suite bathroom and:

• colour TV
• hot drinks tray
• hair dryer
• radio alarm clock

Being at the rear, and overlooking gardens, they are quiet at night. The rooms, which are non-smoking, share a sitting/dining room.

Our breakfasts have been renowned for many years and make a great start to the day!

We have an on-site laundry shared with our guests in the self-catering holiday cottage and, very important, private off-street parking with 2 car parking spaces available.

Guests are welcome to sit out and relax in our traditional English gardens where the many seating areas provide both sunny and shady spots -

- on one of the patios, by the pond or under one of the many shady trees.
